State of the art:
A state of the art PLC controlled versatile fully automatic vertical form fill seal sachet packaging machine (VFFS machine) suitable for packing free-flowing powders/granules in single-use sachets for food service, pharmaceutical, and other industries. The machine uses state of the art electronic motion control technology for precise multi-axis control of its various functions.

APPLICATIONS
This sachet packing machine is ideal for producing personalised or standard sugar sachets, salt sachets, pepper sachets, spices sachets, ready-made coffee mix sachets, etc, and other food service portion packs specially for hotels, airlines, restaurants and fast food outlets. It is also the ideal machine for packaging silica gel desiccant in sachets for industrial and pharmaceutical uses.

It has an extremely small foot-print. One machine requires only 10 square feet - 1 square metre of floor space. Multiple installations of the FFS 0520 offer a better production alternative to using one multi-track machine, technically and financially.

Intelligent PLC control:
The machine has two dedicated PLC's for accurate sealing & cutting as per the sachet design, many optional advanced features such as microprocessor controlled sachet length, electronic speed control, automatic output sachet counting & batch creating, intelligent status warning devices for various parameters with shut-down and error reporting, etc.

Advanced Volumetric Filler:
The volumetric cup filler is PLC controlled and has a unique PAUSE function after every drop to ensure 100% filling accuracy at any speed.
